This is my first college football season with the Sports Pack on DirecTV, and it's truly outstanding. The thing is that college sports aren't blocked on out-of-town sports channels (unlike MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL, whatever that is). The result is a bunch of games we normally wouldn't see, even with the college football package. The main addition is the huge block of Fox Sports Network channels and their Pac-10 games. This is going to be REALLY good during basketball season, especially since the Pac-10 is supposed to be tough this year.
Anyway, I picked Boise State-Washington over a CFL game. Oh yeah, did I mention CFL games? So cool...
